Ingredients:
Malai Kofta
Potatoes - 2 boiled
Paneer - 1 cup
Green chillies - to taste
Ginger - 1/2 tsp
Almonds and Cashew nut powder - 5 almonds and 5 cashews
Coriander - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Cornflour- 3 tbsp
Oil - for frying
Malai Kofta Gravy paste
Oil - tbsp
Red Kashmiri chillies - 2
Caraway seeds(Shah Jeera) - 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
Cinnamon(Dalchini) - 1 inch
Cardamom(Elaichi) - 2
Black Cardamom(Badi Elaichi) - 1
Cloves(Laung) - 2
Bay Leaf - 1
Garlic - 5 cloves chopped
Ginger - 1/2 inch chopped
Onion - 1 medium
Tomatoes - 2 medium
Cashew nut - 10
Butter - 2 tbsp
Water - 1 glass
Malai Kofta Gravy
Oil - 2 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - To taste
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Onion and Tomatoes Paste
Salt - to tase
Dried Fenugreek leaves(Kasuri Methi) - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Cream - 2 tbsp
Coriander - 2 tbsp
